Andrew Stout, BS
Andrew is a cellular agriculture & cultured meat researcher. He is currrently a New Harvest Fellow and PhD student in the lab of Dr. David Kaplan at Tufts University, with past experience in the labs of Dr. Mark Post (Maastricht University) and Dr. Jane Grande-Allen (Rice University), and with Geltor, Inc. His focus is cultured meat muscle biology and nutrition.
