CellMEAT Debuts World’s First Cultivated Dokdo Shrimp Prototype

South Korea’s CellMEAT has announced the successful development of a cultivated Dokdo shrimp, which they have replicated in a number of different sizes and shapes. In addition, CellMEAT states that this cultivated shrimp has been created using a serum-free culture medium. The company will now continue to make scaled production simpler and more cost-effective.
