In line with its mission to advance the development of novel technologies, CULT Food Science recently filed its third patent application. The prospective patent regards the production of cultured meat enriched with dietary supplements or additives to help lower cholesterol levels in consumers. With this venture, CULT aims to accelerate the production of nutritionally-optimized cultivated meat, address ongoing global food insecurity, and build an innovative and more sustainable food system.
